The Operations Division is responsible for the day to day operations of the organisation.
The Division Operations has a broad range of responsibilities, focusing on Human Capital, Law Enforcement, Information Technology, Maintenance of Buildings, Procurement, Public Relations and special projects, with the view of optimising the utilisation of funds and other resources, in accordance with the Meat Industry Act, other relevant legislation (State Finance Act, Public Enterprises Governance Act, Procurement Act) and Livestock and Livestock Products Board policies.
